We understand that circumstances can change, and while we are committed to making adoptions a rewarding experience, our Refunds and Returns Policy ensures that both our kittens and customers are protected. Please read this policy carefully to understand the conditions for any returns or refunds.

1. General Conditions for Returns and Refunds

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or refund, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your kitten. The kitten must be in the same healthy condition as when received, without exposure to any harmful environments or diseases.
  • Non-Returnable Situations: We cannot accept returns for kittens that have shown signs of illness, neglect, or injury after adoption, as this compromises the health and safety of the kitten.

2. Refund and Return Process

To initiate a return or request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your kitten. Provide your order number, details about the adoption, and your reason for the return or refund request.
  2. Approval and Instructions: Our team will review your request, and if approved, we will provide specific instructions on how to proceed with the return. Returns must be completed within 7 days after receiving our return authorization.
  3. Return Conditions: The kitten must be safely transported and handled in a way that ensures its welfare throughout the return process. Any associated travel or transport fees are the responsibility of the adopter.
  4. Health and Welfare Checks: Upon receiving the returned kitten, we will verify that the kitten is in healthy condition. If it is ineligible for return (e.g., signs of neglect or poor health), we will notify you to discuss possible solutions.

3. Refunds

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after verifying that all return conditions have been met.
  • Refund Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days after the returned kitten has been received for the refund to be processed. Your financial institution may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
  • Partial Refunds: If the returned kitten shows signs of compromised health or care, only a partial refund may be provided to cover any necessary health treatments or care.

4. Cancellations

  • Adoption Cancellations: You may cancel your kitten adoption within 24 hours of placing your reservation by contacting [email protected]. After 24 hours, cancellations may no longer be possible, as the adoption may already be processed.
  • Refund for Cancellations: Canceled adoptions will be refunded in full if canceled within the allowed timeframe. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.

5. Important Notes

  • Health Guarantee: We are committed to the health of all kittens available for adoption and conduct thorough health screenings. If you notice any health concerns upon receiving your kitten, please notify us immediately at [email protected]. We may require verification from a licensed veterinarian to address the concern.
  • Adopter Responsibilities: We expect adopters to provide a safe and nurturing environment for the kitten. Any kitten exposed to unsafe conditions may be ineligible for return.
