Thank you for choosing TheKittenHaven for your adoption journey. To ensure a smooth and fair process, please review our reservation policy below.

Reserving a Kitten

1. Reservation Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a kitten. This deposit confirms your commitment and removes the kitten from our available listings.
2. Payment Method: The deposit can be made through our secure payment portal. Full payment details will be provided upon reservation.
3. Reservation Confirmation: Once the deposit is received, we will send a reservation confirmation email, which will include the reserved kitten’s details, expected availability date, and any remaining payment requirements.

Final Payment

1. Balance Due: The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to pickup or delivery of the kitten. We accept payments via [list accepted methods, e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.].
2. Missed Payments: If the final payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, your reservation may be forfeited, and the kitten made available to other potential adopters.

Cancellation and Refunds

1. Deposit Refunds: Reservation deposits are non-refundable unless TheKittenHaven is unable to provide the reserved kitten due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued.
2. Changing Reservations: If you wish to switch to another available kitten, please contact us within 48 hours of your initial reservation. We will do our best to accommodate, but changes are subject to availability.
3. Final Sale: All adoptions are final once the kitten leaves our care. Please be certain of your decision before completing the adoption process.

Pick-Up and Delivery

1. Pick-Up: Once the final payment is completed, we will coordinate a pickup date and time. Please arrive punctually to ensure a smooth transition.
2. Delivery: For adopters unable to pick up in person, we offer delivery options. Please contact us for details on availability, fees, and arrangements.

Health Guarantee and Documentation

Each kitten comes with a comprehensive health guarantee and essential documents (e.g., health records, registration details). We encourage all adopters to review these documents upon receiving their new companion.
